In this exciting role as a Digital Product Owner (d/f/m) at Airbus, you will be at the forefront of bridging business visions with cutting-edge technical execution. Based in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel, this full-time position offers you the opportunity to lead transformational and customer-centric initiatives within the Freshdesk platform in the aerospace industry. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in roadmap development, backlog management, and delivering agile technical solutions for customer service enhancements. Additionally, you will collaborate across diverse teams, ensuring compliance with GDPR, cybersecurity standards, and data governance within a dynamic work environment.
Your tasks:
- Translate the strategic vision from the Business Product Owner into actionable technical delivery roadmaps for Freshdesk.
- Manage the digital product backlog with a focus on omni-channel integrations, system optimizations, and prioritized functionalities.
- Guide external and internal teams to deliver high-quality releases and robust marketplace applications.
- Design workflow automation solutions, including custom ticket routing and self-service interfaces.
- Optimize system performance, monitoring, and setup, ensuring SLA adherence and incident handling.
- Partner with Solution Architects, UX/CX designers, and diverse functionaries to deliver seamless service.
- Ensure strict compliance with Airbus cybersecurity, GDPR, and data governance standards.
- Degree in Project Management, Informatics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT/Information Systems, customer service, and aerospace industries.
- Proficient knowledge of change management and project management practices.
- Fluency in English, with negotiation-level communication skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Jira software tools.
- Strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills to drive system adaptations.
- Comprehensive understanding of GDPR, data governance, and cybersecurity standards.
