As a Supplier Performance Analyst (d/f/m), you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of supplier relationships and quality performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the focal point for suppliers, managing operational activities and contract agreements.
- Ensure adherence to On-Time, On-Quality, and On-Cost targets.
- Develop and oversee supplier approval processes, ensuring certification compliance.
- Monitor the introduction of new products, ensuring maturity and industrial qualification before full-scale production.
- Provide accurate forecasts to suppliers and assess their capacity, capability, and performance.
- Contribute to supplier development initiatives and identify industrial risks with actionable mitigation strategies.
- Manage short-term recovery plans and implement performance improvement projects in close collaboration with suppliers.
- Provide performance reports and KPIs during Multi-functional Team (MFT) meetings.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal operational teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in supplier management, quality management, and supply chain operations.
- Solid knowledge of tools like MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of Change Management, Lean Management, and Total Quality Management methodologies.
- Proficiency in German and English at business level.
- Strong technical understanding, with a knack for identifying supplier risks and performance metrics.
- Experience in presentations and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Europe 1-2 times per quarter.
