Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

• Sicherung der Produktionsaufgaben der Fertigung (Anlerntätigkeit)
• Einstellarbeiten bei Typwechsel bzw. Mitarbeit bei Rüstvorgängen
• Betreiben der Anlagen nach optimalen wirtschaftlichen und qualitativen Gesichtspunkten
• Sicherstellung der Qualität, Durchführung von regelmäßigen Qualitätsuntersuchungen, Selbstkontrolle der Qualitätsparameter und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Erkennen von Prozessfehlern und Einleiten von Maßnahmen zu deren Beseitigung
• Erkennen von Anlagenstörungen, selbstständige Durchführung von Kleinstreparaturen nach Vorgabe und Einleiten von Maßnahmen zu deren Beseitigung unter Mithilfe der Instandhaltung
• Dokumentation von Prozessdaten und Störungen
• Durchführen von Nacharbeit
• Maschinenreinigung und –wartung
