Als Werkstudent/in sind Sie Teil der HR Organisation. Der Bereich Arbeitsrecht arbeitet direkt mit den Business Partnern und den Führungskräften zusammen. Die Stelle bietet detaillierte Einblicke in die Organisationsstruktur und die betrieblichen Abläufe eines internationalen Unternehmens.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Der Bereich Arbeitsrecht ist für das gesamte Arbeitsrecht der Nexperia Germany GmbH zuständig und betreut alle arbeitsrechtlich relevanten Themenkomplexe sowohl individual- als auch kollektivrechtlicher Art.
• Das Personalmanagement und die Fachbereiche werden in allen Fragen des Arbeits-, Betriebsverfassungs-, Sozial- und Tarifrechts sowie in allen personalpolitischen Grundsatzfragen beraten.
• Zu den Aufgaben gehören die detaillierte Recherche und Anfertigung zielgruppengerechter Stellungnahmen zu aktuellen arbeits- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragen, das Verfassen von Schriftsätzen und Präsentationen sowie die Beratung der Fachbereiche.

Ihr Profil

• Immatrikulation im Studiengang Rechtswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht
• Überdurchschnittliches Erstes Staatsexamen mit Schwerpunkt im Arbeitsrecht
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft, sich schnell in neue Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
• Teamgeist und hohes Engagement

Rahmenbedingungen

• Befristeter Vertrag

• Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit: max. 18 Stunden/ Woche
• 19,40 EUR/ Stunde
• Standort: Hamburg
