Procurement Controller (f/m/d) Execution Unit As Procurement Controller for an Execution Unit, you will be the partner, service provider and challenger of the global Siemens Energy Procurement Organization. Our Procurement Controlling team is driving procurement transformation by making success measurable and actionable analytics in line with the focus areas of procurement. You will work within a Procurement Controlling Organization which is highly focused on delivering detailed and accurate support, ensures a smooth, seamless and timely monthly analytics, controlling and reporting process; making action fields transparent and enable decision making for Global Procurement organization. You will engage with top professional controllers and colleagues in Global Strategic Procurement in an exciting, dynamic and international development environment. Lead and coordinate all Procurement Controlling activities in close collaboration with partners across the Procurement Controlling Organization and Global Procurement Teams, including fiscal year planning, monthly closing processes (actuals reporting, forecasting), and executive-level presentations Ensure high standards of data integrity and proactively drive enhancements in data quality across procurement systems and reporting Champion transparency and data-driven decision-making by demonstrating important metrics to identify improvement opportunities and monitor progress Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning by actively promoting standard process sharing and knowledge transfer among controlling colleagues Professional Experience in Strategic Procurement, Commodity Management, Strategy Consulting, Project Management, or Engineering Broad knowledge in procurement controlling and are familiar with the key procurement performance indicators to successfully support the procurement head in driving the business Experience working in an international environment and interacting with partners from different functions as well as the ability to gain deep insights in the business and conduct in depth analysis of facts and figures Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and spoken, German is a plus Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, PPT; Basic Knowledge of SAP MM, Knowledge of PowerBi and Snowflkae desirable In our Business Functions we enable our organization to reach their targets by providing best-in class services and solutions in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology and more.
