As Working Student (f/m/d) in our Executive Reward team you will support in various analytical and digitalization activities.
The role will offer the opportunity to gain experience in Reward processes (e.g., pay process, grading, benchmarking, pay transparency, long-term incentives) while contributing to the digital transformation of HR using tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.
