Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL's cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers on behalf of all DHL business units and for the central innovation activities from our DHL Innovation Centers.

Your tasks

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to develop proposals and implement project / own workstream of a larger project, e.g., within Marketing Campaigns.
• Support sector trend and innovation research activities
• Gather input, analyze, and conclude on relevant business parameter (e.g. innovation projects, customer satisfaction)

Your profile

• Minimum Master Graduation in Logistics / SCM, Social Science, Informatics, Natural Science, Media & Communication, Language & Cultural Science, Engineering, Economy, Strategy, Innovation, Economics, Marketing, Logistics before April 1st, 2026
• First professional experiences (up to 3 years) in Logistics, Marketing or Innovation; international experience
• Fluent English skills; good German skills
• Very good communication and teamworking skills , analytical skills,
• Project Management skills of advantage
