Specialist Planner Building Services Engineering / HVAC & Plumbing (m/w/d)

• Responsibility for the planning of building services engineering (HVAC & plumbing) in service phases 1–4 according to HOAI for our timber and modular construction projects
• Reviewing workshop and installation drawings as well as monitoring execution on site
• Coordination with internal departments, external specialist planners, authorities and other project stakeholders
• Supporting approval and permitting processes as well as close collaboration with architecture, production, project management and other specialist departments
• Development of innovative, economical and sustainable concepts in the fields of heating, plumbing, ventilation and control systems as well as participation in the preparation of planning concepts, schematics and calculations
• Development and optimization of building services standards for timber modular construction and integration of building services into modular construction methods considering prefabrication and standardization

• Degree in supply engineering, building services engineering or energy engineering, alternatively qualification as a technician or master craftsman
• Sound knowledge in the planning of heating, plumbing, ventilation and control systems as well as familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
• Independent, structured and careful way of working combined with quick comprehension and solution-oriented thinking
• Good IT skills in CAD and BIM applications, e.g. Trimble Nova, as well as Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in dealing with internal and external project stakeholders as well as enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Several years of professional experience in building services engineering planning, ideally in service phases 1–3, as well as very good German language skills, both written and spoken
