Our new branch office of the Grafschaft site is currently being established in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. From here, a small team supports timber construction projects throughout Germany with a wide range of services – from sales and planning through to complete site management and construction supervision.

• Responsibility for the delivery of our diverse turnkey timber construction projects – from the planning phase through to handover to the client
• Overall responsibility for schedules, costs and quality within the projects
• Leading and coordinating the project team and acting as the central point of contact for clients, authorities and specialist planners
• Ensuring smooth project execution through clear communication, structured collaboration and proactive project management
• Planning, tendering and awarding subcontractor services as a foundation for successful project delivery
• Close collaboration with estimating, sales, production, installation and site management teams as well as coordination with all project stakeholders

• Degree in engineering or architecture in the field of building construction, ideally complemented by a technical or trade background
• Strong knowledge of approval and execution planning, procurement processes, contract management, as well as schedule and cost control
• Independent, structured and precise working style combined with a forward-looking mindset and the ability to confidently represent decisions
• Good IT skills in the use of tendering and scheduling tools, construction project management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills, communication abilities and negotiation skills when working with project stakeholders, as well as enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• Several years of professional experience in project management of turnkey construction projects and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
