Join the dynamic Airbus team as a Repair Services Coordinator (m/w/d) and play a key role in managing end-to-end repair services for proprietary parts in Hamburg Finkenwerder. As part of the Repair, Lease & Exchange Order Management Team, you will handle critical customer interactions, coordinate with global suppliers, and oversee processes to ensure operational excellence. This position is a temporary assignment for one year, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate on projects and optimize service delivery in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Your tasks:
- Act as the central point of contact for Airbus Proprietary Parts Repair, Lease, and Exchange Services, addressing customer inquiries globally.
- Oversee customer Repair, Lease, and Exchange Orders, ensuring supplier adherence to contractual key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with airlines, MROs (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Organizations), and other stakeholders to manage AOG (Aircraft On Ground) inquiries and orders.
- Analyze customer-specific problems, complaints, and coordinate solutions across supply chain processes (end-to-end).
- Maintain daily communication with repair stations to ensure time, cost, and quality targets for open orders.
- Prepare performance reports detailing claims, processing times, turn-around times, and action trackers.
- Support procurement and sales activities, including material process management for Airbus proprietary parts.
- Lead and support process improvement projects and forecast individual repair station requirements.
- A degree in technical studies, industrial engineering, business administration, or economic sciences.
- 2 years of professional experience in materials procurement, customer service, supplier management, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace.
- Fluent English communication skills (negotiation level).
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports effectively.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and resilience skills.
