What we expect
- Qualify and release additional test hardware and test cells during device ramp-up.
- Review qualification data and release of production test programs in conjunction with new software releases.
- Analyse test program related problems and proposes permanent solutions. Primary contact of test equipment vendors on issues related to software, and hardware specific problems.
- Close cooperation with cross-functional team (Test Development Engr, Test Product Engr, Production and Quality) to ensure manufacturability in production and with Board Hardware group and Maintenance Engineering to optimize and to develop hardware solutions for handlers and probers.
- Responsible in maintaining the test program of legacy devices that reached Unlimited Production milestone.
- Help resolves recurring NOGOs in production.
