As Associate Director, Analytical Operations Austria, you foster collaboration and leadership by guiding a growing team of approx. 15 Analytical Experts in technical, scientific, and project management aspects, thereby enabling the release of clinical material, conducting stability studies, and supporting submissions. You are actively involved in the local Analytical Operations leadership team that drives the implementation of the new site strategy for Analytical Operations, thereby shaping its strategic direction and drive operational excellence in line with Technical Research & Development (R&D) vision and strategy. You actively manage stakeholder interfaces and support team members in their professional growth through mentoring, coaching, and providing opportunities for development.

You will lead an Analytical Expert Team in Analytical Operations Austria at our Technical R&D (TRD) Biologics site in Schaftenau, dealing with Late-Phase projects from clinical phase to launch.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 78,383.90 /year (on a full-time basis).
We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
