WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We are looking for a (Senior) Officer Container Coordination (m/f/d) for our Overseas Export Team. In this role, you contribute to the optimization of processes, participate in cross-departmental projects for the further development of our department, and provide solutions for our customers.

• In your role, you control operational processes, focusing on physical operations and ensuring comprehensive processing of tasks.
• Additionally, you monitor processes and initiate necessary corrections for optimal logistics, while independently processing coordination and disposition requirements.
• You support customers by identifying problem areas and recommedning suitable standard or innovative solutions.
• Furthermore, you select the next process steps independently according to work instructions.
• You collaborate in the further development of logistical processes while performing core tasks effectively.
• Engaging in cross-team tasks, including reporting, projects, testing, and business release management also falls under your responsibilities.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completion of training as a forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or comparable commercial or logistical education, first experience in transport management preferred
• extensive knowledge of supply chain operations, distribution, and warehousing processes
• familiarity with filling and shipping unit processes, along with experience using MS Office and ideally SAP R/3 for quality and transport management
• structured, independent, and process-oriented work style, with capabilities in advisory and administrative activities
• proficient communication skills in German and English, with a strong customer orientation

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 35,000 - 39,000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience, 40,000 € - 46,000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the company's success as well as individual performance.
