• You will lead and execute high-impact logistics projects, focusing on the continuous improvement of warehouse operations, transport networks, and repair activities.
• You will manage physical site transformations, including space development, layout optimization, and material flow design.
• You will oversee the implementation of state-of-the-art storage systems, transportation technologies, and material handling equipment.
• You will develop and present business cases, leading project milestone assessments and financial management.
• You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional and transnational teams in a matrix organization.
• You will travel worldwide as needed to oversee project execution and ensure alignment with global standards.

We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong background in logistics and project management. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics, or a related field.
• You bring 3 years of experience in project management and supply chain or logistics roles.
• You have advanced proficiency in German (at least B2 level) and excellent command of English (business fluency).
• You demonstrate hands-on experience in designing and optimizing warehouse material flows, storage systems, and material handling equipment.
• You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects within a global matrix organization.
• You are well-versed in end-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, monitoring, and closure phases.
• You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop compelling business cases.
• You are proficient in Google Workspace tools and other relevant IT platforms.
• You are willing to travel internationally to oversee project executions and maintain alignment.
