Then come and join our global team as Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) for the Digital & Automation (D&A) Management System / Process Framework.
The Project Manager is mainly responsible for execution of projects to establish compliance to upcoming regulations impacting the D&A integrated management system. This covers all project phases from project initiation until the project closure, taking constraints like the compliance deadline into consideration. The project manager together with the project team is responsible for achieving measurable implementations for all products planned to be placed on regulated markets after the compliance deadline.
During project execution, this position keeps the cross-functional team focused on achieving the expected project results in a timely manner. The individual facilitates communication between project stakeholders to ensure business goals are met.
Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You lead a cross-functional team through a disciplined process of iterative planning and risk mitigation, action-oriented and timely execution, and team-based problem solving.
• You own, track, and execute the integrated project plan that guides critical activities and resources.
• You drive forward project decision-making and trade-off assessments.
• You apply basic and advanced methods for problem solving and process optimization.
• You interface with functional managers for resource management as well as larger Healthineers initiatives to assure consistency and information flow with central departments.
• You manage project communications to all stakeholders, including escalating hurdles and bottlenecks to senior management.
• You drive implementation of required process changes.
• You ensure compliance with the project execution, e.g. process adherence and completeness.
• You foster a continuous improvement mindset within the project team and departments.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a university degree in a technical field.
• You have long-term experience working within a regulated software development organization.
• You bring extensive knowledge of project management methods and tools, including backlog management, planning, control, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• You demonstrate excellent moderation and presentation skills complemented by proven experience in conflict and escalation management.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the healthcare sector and are familiar with relevant regulatory standards such as FDA 21CFR820 QSR, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 27001, and MDR.

• You have very good English language skills and are confident within an international environment; German language skills are a plus.
• You coordinate effectively across all business disciplines to ensure compliance is demonstrated.
• You are self-motivated, disciplined, and take initiative. You know when to ask for help and when to support your team members.
• You have strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset.
• You anticipate risks and proactively develop countermeasures.
• You communicate clearly, mediate effectively, and adapt well to changing conditions.
