About the role:
As Product Business Analyst, you will ensure the product lifecycle is executed with quality, consistency, and alignment-from ideation through development to maintenance. You will safeguard the integrity of Serrala's product development framework, ensuring that all stages are followed and exceptions are documented.
You will support both Product and Engineering teams by driving clarity, traceability, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
Your Day to Day:

• Lifecycle Governance : Ensure adherence to the established product lifecycle framework, documenting any deviations and maintaining clarity across all stages.
• Jira Product Discovery Management : Act as the owner of Jira Product Discovery, maintaining it as the single source of truth for product ideas, including 3-year and 1-year roadmaps, delivery progress, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product managers, product owners, engineering leads, developers, and testers to support each lifecycle stage.
• Process Compliance : Ensure teams meet entry and exit criteria for each phase of the product development process.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to enhance efficiency in lifecycle workflows.
• Strategic Alignment : Support Serrala's strategic goals by enabling collaboration and data visibility across key metrics such as realized/unrealized value, time to market, and innovation capacity.
• Traceability & Quality Assurance : Facilitate traceability of product decisions and ensure quality from ideation to maintenance.
• Metrics Monitoring : Track and report on lifecycle KPIs including lead time, cycle time, flow efficiency, and backlog health.
• Culture Building : Promote structured thinking, documentation, and feedback loops within product and engineering teams.
• Training & Enablement : Train and support teams on best practices for Jira Product Discovery and related tools.

What makes you excel in this position:

• Strong expertise in Atlassian tools: Jira Product Discovery, Jira Software, and Confluence.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the finance or banking domain, ideally in a software or SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of change management principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong grasp of situational leadership.
• Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams and virtual collaboration tools.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, managing documentation, and reporting on metrics.
