Software Tester - Cypress & Playwright in C# (m/w/d)

We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to design and maintain automated test suites using Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Playwright (C#). The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring software quality by creating end-to-end, UI, and API tests, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines and Testkube, and working closely with both developers and QA teams.

Tasks

• Create, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Playwright (C#) .
• Design and execute end-to-end , regression , UI , and API tests .
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and manage test execution through Testkube .
• Review test results, identify issues, and collaborate with developers to address defects.
• Improve test execution speed and ensure the maintainability of tests.
• Follow best practices for test automation , ensuring the stability and scalability of tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enhance testing strategies.

Profile

• Proven experience in test automation with Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Playwright (C#) .
• Practical experience with Testkube for orchestrating and running tests.
• Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript .
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD , Azure DevOps , or Jenkins .
• Familiarity with REST API testing and tools such as Postman .
• Understanding of test automation frameworks , selectors, and managing dynamic elements.
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA.
