Job Overview

You'll be part of the Amazon warehouse team that gets orders ready for customers relying on Amazon services. You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders – in some cases, for our super-fast (2-hour or less) delivery service.

Some of duties may include

• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Receive and put away inventory
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and van
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.

You'll also need to be able to

• Lift up to 15kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German, English, or Arabic (only SCN2), with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement

Salary

16,03€ gross per hour for day time shifts
Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16,56€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 18,36€/h gross)

Night Shift

• 20,83 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,80 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

We offer both full-time (+30 hours/week) and part-time (12+ hours/week) opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles.

Shift options and availability vary by site, but you'll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Working week: Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

• Early shift: Mon 05:00 - 14:45, Tue - Fri 06:00 - 14:45, Sat 10:45 - 18:00
• Late shift: Mon - Fri: 14:45 - 23:30

Part-time shifts (18+ hours/week)

• Early shift: 09:30 - 13:00
• Late shift: 18:30 li>Working week from Monday to Saturday, 5 working days
• Fixed shift planning, average 2 Saturdays to work each month
• Night part-time shift - Working days Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
