- Support the development and continuous improvement of a group-wide, risk-based physical security framework, including policies, standards, and methodologies for asset protection
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of site security concepts across all business segments and locations
- Conduct and support risk and threat assessments (e.g., sabotage, vandalism, espionage, unauthorized access) and define mitigation measures
- Manage and support tendering and procurement of security services, ensuring quality and cost awareness
- Provide input on security requirements for new sites, buildings, and leases, including technical and personnel security solutions
- Contribute to the definition and standardization of on-site security operations (e.g., reception, gatekeeping) in collaboration with CREM
- Support the planning and coordination of executive and high-profile event security, including coordination of protection measures
- Contribute to executive protection activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor, evaluate, and report security incidents, ensuring effective response and continuous improvement
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance security capabilities
- Several years of professional experience in Physical Security within a corporate or complex operational environment
- Expertise in physical security technologies and systems, frameworks, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
- Good understanding of IT and OT environments, including grid/energy infrastructure, operations, and design
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying and addressing issues
- Strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen and understanding of risk and value creation
- Confident working style with the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic situations
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and cross-functional approach
- Professional certification such as CPP, PSP, or CPO is a plus
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
