We are seeking a motivated Production Planner (d/m/w) to join the dynamic Airbus-team in Hamburg Finkenwerder, specializing in Manufacturing Engineering. This challenging and rewarding position tasks you with defining and optimizing build processes for Basis Electric A320 FAL within a collaborative environment. Your goals will include ensuring industrial needs are addressed throughout all phases of the design process, managing technical sequencing, and driving first installation implementations, while delivering crucial shop floor feedback to achieve manufacturing readiness. Candidates will have the opportunity to define industrial asset requirements, calculate operation-level timings, and contribute to Co-Design and Co-Industrialization initiatives. From hands-on problem-solving to strategic planning, you will work closely with professionals across varying departments to ensure seamless production handovers and technical excellence.
Your tasks:
- Define and implement build processes for the Manufacturing Engineering department.
- Collaborate in Co-Design and Co-Industrialization phases to align design and industrial needs.
- Calculate operation-level time requirements and manage technical sequencing.
- Specify requirements for industrial assets such as jigs, tools, and machines.
- Drive first installation implementations with feedback loops for manufacturing readiness.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure seamless production handover processes.
- A degree or technician certification in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing or interface management.
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, CATIA V5, SAP, and Google Workspace tools.
- Proven abilities in manufacturing planning and process management.
- Strong skills in data analysis are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across all organizational levels.
