As a Logistics coordinator(d/m/w), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing supply chain quality and operational performance within Customer Care at Hamburg Finkenwerder. You will lead key process improvement projects, focusing on the end-to-end operational performance of control suppliers in collaboration with various Airbus teams. Your expertise will help establish strong governance and create a robust supplier quality community within Customer Services and A220. This position not only involves deploying industry-standard processes but also requires effective interaction with supply chain teams to ensure alignment and success in operational activities.
- Guiding and coordinating process improvement initiatives for control suppliers.
- Driving operational performance improvements within Customer Services at Hamburg Finkenwerder.
- Building and leading a strong control supplier and supply chain quality community.
- Deploying Airbus's A2135 control supplier processes and activities within the After Sales perimeter.
- Defining and implementing control supplier/supply chain quality process requirements.
- Collaborating and aligning with other supply chain quality teams regarding supplier handovers and process improvements.
- Providing direction and support for Customer Services teams on control supplier processes.
- Representing Customer Services in Process Management Team reviews.
- Participating in monthly travel across Europe to ensure supplier collaboration and alignment.
To excel in this role, you should bring proven experience within project management and supply chain quality improvement. The ideal candidate is someone who combines analytical thinking with a results-oriented approach and is equipped with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. A background in aviation and relevant technical expertise will be an added advantage.
- University degree in disciplines such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Supply Chain Quality.
- 4 years of experience in project management or process improvement.
- Prior experience in quality management and supply chain operations is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of process management and operational performance improvement.
- Negotiation-level English language skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and IT tools.
