As a Customer Meeting Coordinator (d/f/m), you will play a pivotal role in managing customer interactions in the unique environment of the Airbus Airspace Customer Definition Centre (CDC) located in Hamburg Finkenwerder. This world-class facility enables airlines and leasing companies to define and customize aircraft cabin interiors efficiently. In this dynamic position, you will ensure first-class hospitality and customer service, acting as the primary communicator between airline customers and various Airbus teams, while driving critical decision-making processes and delivering high-quality results.
Your tasks:
- Represent the interests of Airbus at the CDC by delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality to airline customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal Airbus departments and cabin suppliers during customer meetings.
- Prepare and facilitate customized agendas for each customer meeting, ensuring objectives are met and decisions are guided effectively.
- Collaborate with the CDC technical team to guarantee on-time construction and preparation of temporary cabin mock-ups.
- Ensure the availability of dedicated equipment and expert teams for seamless execution of customer meetings.
- Work in a structured yet dynamic environment to resolve unexpected challenges and meet both customer and organizational demands.
- Possess a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or International Management.
- 4 years of customer service or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrable expertise in project management and process planning, with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English at a negotiation level.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage contacts across all levels.
- Capability to work independently in a structured yet creative environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to unexpected circumstances and situations.
