Export Specialist – European Distribution Centre (EUDC)

We are expanding our operations at our brand-new European Distribution Centre (EUDC) in Venlo, and we're looking for a dedicated Export Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

As our Export Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our international distribution operations. Your mission is to ensure that shipments to EFTA countries and overseas territories move accurately, compliantly, and on time.
You will:
Coordinate export shipments to EFTA regions and overseas territories
Collaborate closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal warehouse teams
Ensure full compliance with IATA, Dutch export regulations, and customs rules
Prepare essential export documents: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, MRNs
Verify HS codes, product classifications, and export licenses
Support and uphold our ISO13485 warehouse and quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
Contribute ideas to improve processes and support a culture of continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements
You bring:
Experience in export operations or international shipping
Knowledge of EFTA rules and customs processes
Experience with MRN creation and processing
Strong accuracy, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to stay organised under pressure and meet deadlines
Reliable, detail-oriented work style
Good secondary education level
Ideal Extras
Even better if you have:
Experience with Oracle EBS or similar systems
Knowledge of ISO13485 or GDP
A background in medical device or healthcare logistics
Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt)
Solid MS Office skills
Experience with dangerous goods and international couriers
