What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you'll be the engine of growth for the DACH market, acting as a "Hunter" (Net New Business). You will have the unique opportunity to manage the full sales lifecycle for complex SaaS solutions, directly influencing net revenue generation and making a tangible impact on Trimble's global footprint.

 

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: acquire Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) across the DACH market to expand our global network.
  • Master the Sales Lifecycle: Own the entire process from lead generation to closing, utilizing precision CRM forecasting to ensure high deal velocity.
  • Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Orchestrate complex, price-to-value negotiations to hit ambitious ARR targets and protect contract value.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • B2B Sales Expertise: 3+ years of proven success selling complex B2B solutions within SaaS, LogTech or Logistics industries.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Native or C2 level of German and fluent/proficient English are required
  • Strategic Hunting Mindset: demonstrated drive and motivation for net new business acquisition.
