Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Support the organization of office events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison between management, employees, and external partners to facilitate effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
