Inside Sales / Customer Service (m/w/d)

• Placing and processing customer orders
• Monitoring deliveries, invoicing, and invoice verification
• Ship & Debit processing
• Handling RMAs
• Maintaining master data in CRM (SAP)
• Reporting to management
• Shared responsibility for the company's revenue growth and profitability

Place of work: Ingolstadt, Germany / 2 days of home office per week possible

• You should enjoy sales and dealing with customers
• Quick understanding of customer requests / specifications
• Good user knowledge of MS Office + ERP systems (SAP)
• Good manners, confident demeanor, ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
