In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central point of contact for HR administration and operations across Germany. You will guide employees through the entire Employee Lifecycle, from welcoming new talent during onboarding to supporting them through complex life events such as parental leave or insurance queries.

• Lifecycle Management: Central contact for HR operations, guiding employees from onboarding through all life events and policies.
• Data & Payroll: Ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance for local employee data, social security, and payroll processing.
• M&A Support: Providing local expertise and documentation during company acquisitions and integration phases.
• Global HR Initiatives: Driving employee engagement by contributing local insights to global HR programs.
• Compliance & Risk: Managing the local compliance calendar and generating all legally required reports.
• Benefits Coordination: Managing the full benefits cycle (pension, insurance) in collaboration with global and local providers.
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring a 100% completion rate for all HR actions through proactive communication.

We are looking for a candidate who combines administrative precision with a genuine passion for people operations.

• Professional Experience: You bring more than 2 years of experience in HR administration or operational HR within the German market.
• Legal & Cultural Expertise: You possess a strong foundation or a very keen interest in German labor law and the local corporate culture.
• Language Skills: English is the primary language in this global environment. You must be able to communicate fluently and confidently in both English and German (written and spoken).
• Applied Knowledge: You have practical experience in applying HR policies and benefits knowledge to solve operational problems efficiently.
• Soft Skills: You are characterized by a strong service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, great team spirit, and a highly independent way of working.
