Your tasks:

  • Develop and implement the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Health & Safety capability building strategy, including training and qualification plans

  • Design and deploy KPIs and measurement systems to monitor H&S capability levels and drive continuous improvement

  • Build organizational and individual H&S competencies across regions, ensuring qualification of EHS leads and DMSO teams

  • Manage the global H&S training matrix by job, function, and region, and deliver programs from operator to leadership level

  • Simplify and localize global EHS standards, procedures, and tools, prioritizing critical areas such as risk assesments, machine safety and contractor safety

  • Lead regular compliance assessments and peer reviews across GSC sites, ensuring adherence to local regulations and corporate standards

  • Drive global ISO certification programs (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and foster a continuous improvement mindset

  • Collaborate with engineering and external partners to enhance machine safety design and operating standards

 

Your profile:

  • Relevant educational background: University degree in EHS, Safety Management, Engineering or comparable education
  • Practical experience: 10+ years of experience in EHS, expertise in Manufacturing excellence systems, such as IWS (Integrated Work Systems), is a strong asset
  • Valuable knowledge: Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, risk management, and ISO systems, fluent in English (written and spoken), expertise in H&S behavioral and cultural systems, as well as strong technical training capabilities
  • Special strengths: Proven experience in machine safety design standards and operating procedures
  • Suitable personality: Excellent communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills as well as demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence across global teams
