- Ensure the achievement of the local Business Field (BF) commercial targets (P&L), including sales (in close alignment with the relevant Area Sales Managers), costs, and EBIT.
- Define the local BF strategy in line with TÜV Rheinland's global strategy (TR+) as well as the global and regional BF strategies, in close coordination with the Regional Field Manager (RFM). In addition, implement, communicate, and monitor the local BF strategy.
- Manage the local BF product portfolio, including product innovation, relaunches, and product phase-outs, in close coordination with the RFM.
- Drive the implementation of performance processes, IT tools, and quality management within the local BF based on global and regional policies, in coordination with the relevant Service Functions.
- Ensure the implementation of technical requirements related to the applicable accreditation standards.
- Lead and develop the employees of the local BF with full disciplinary and functional responsibility, including talent development and recruitment.
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical or commercial field, or a comparable qualification, preferable experience in TIC industry, the best in medical.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a management role with disciplinary leadership and desirable experience with P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate teams, and experience in supporting change processes and developing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, diplomatic tact, entrepreneurial thinking, and a result-oriented working style.
- German language skills and English skills at least at B2 level, and ideally experience with BI Portal and SAP.
