Richter BioLogics GmbH, a subsidiary of Gedeon Richter AG, is a dynamic, internationally established biotechnology company that develops and produces biopharmaceutical active pharmaceutical ingredients under GMP conditions with 4000 employees at its facilities in Hamburg and Bovenau.

To strengthen our Business Development team, we are looking for you as an experienced Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg or Bovenau.

Identify and acquire independently new customers and projects
Develop strategic cooperations with current and new partners
Contribute very actively to the BD and Marketing activities
Prepare project calculations and offers (in cooperation with Controlling, Project Management and Operations)
Negotiate and design new contracts
Analyse markets and competitors
Represent our company worldwide during customer visits, congresses and trade fairs on an international level

Successfully completed life sciences studies (minimum Bachelor or equivalent)
Several years of experience in business development in the field of a biotechnological CDMO with strong track record > 50m € in the last 2 years
Excellent existing network in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry
High technical understanding of the development and production of biopharmaceutical products as well as cross-divisional thinking
Confident personality and strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level for both languages)
