Site Manager (m/w/d)

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. YOUR TASKS Monitor and control project costs, ensure adherence to the budget, and identify and implement cost-saving opportunities Ensure contract-compliant execution during the Civil Works and Site Readiness phases Develop and coordinate detailed project plans in collaboration with site management - including scheduling and resource allocation Ensure that construction sites are equipped with the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate with relevant stakeholders Support BOP Supervisors in resolving construction issues or delays Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on site Coordinate and facilitate communication between construction sites and other departments during the construction and preparation phases YOUR PROFILE Degree in civil engineering or a comparable field; equivalent professional experience will be considered Initial experience in managing construction projects, ideally in wind energy or infrastructure Strong skills in cost management and budget control Experience in developing and implementing project plans, including resource and risk management Strong analytical skills and quick problem-solving abilities for construction-related challenges In-depth technical understanding of construction processes in wind energy, as well as relevant regulations and standards Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and cost control tools Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - for coordination with internal and external project stakeholders Fluent English skills (minimum B2-C1); additional language skills (Spanish, German) are an advantage A valid driver’s license recognized in Germany is required for this position Willingness to travel: You are ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements.
