Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

In order to continue our Market Leading role within many of our therapies and further strengthen our German team, we are looking for talented individuals who are interested in a newly created role as Commercial Development Manager - OEM. In this role you will be responsible for dedicated Key Accounts within Germany to expand and gain Market Share in our core business areas of Blood Oxygenation Management and Perioperative / Brain Monitoring.

The position will involve:

• Close collaboration with the ACM Sales and Marketing Team
• Execution on Marketing Initiatives in dedicated Key Accounts
• Maximizing business results through new contracts and investments
• Developing and expanding the relationship with our OEM partners on a National level
• Promoting and educating hospital staff on our unique solutions to improve patient safety
• Proactively seeking new opportunities for pathway optimization and collaboration with other Medtronic Operating Units
• KOL Management within dedicated Key Accounts
• Collaboration with Western European OEM Team
• Negotiating with German Healthcare Providers, at a national level, to drive financial growth and market share in this sector.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong grasp of company business strategy and future growth plans
• Thorough understanding of value-based Healthcare and ability to network with managerial level stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Healthcare Market in country
• Sales background in Medical Devices
• Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively
• A flexible individual feeling at ease in different cultures and situations
• Passionate about the business; knowledge and experience within a Medical or Healthcare organisation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
