To strengthen our Technical & Nautical Department, we are looking for a committed and experienced

Fleet Repair Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d)

to join our office in Travemünde, Germany.

Leading and coordinating a mobile repair team for fleet-wide assignments
Planning and supervising on-board repairs in machinery, engine room and deck areas
Managing technical projects, including conversions, refits and dry dockings
Coordinating internal departments, vessel crews, external contractors and suppliers
Ensuring that repair and project work is carried out in accordance with technical, operational and economic requirements
Monitoring project progress, budgets, deadlines and quality standards

A technical degree or comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience in maritime industry.
Solid technical understanding and a strong passion for the maritime business
Experience in ship repair, fleet maintenance, project management or a related technical field is an advantage
Very good written and spoken English skills; business fluent level required
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Ability to consider both technical and commercial aspects in daily decision-making
Confident use of common MS Office applications
High level of flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
