By passing on the best wholesale electricity prices to our customers, we can reduce their electricity bills by an average of 35%. Owners of electric vehicles and smart meters can particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as they can automatically charge their vehicles at home when wholesale electricity prices are especially low. Our Rabot Energy app allows users to easily set charging preferences and track current wholesale electricity prices. With our intelligent charging solutions, we actively contribute to increasing the share of renewable energy in Germany's total electricity consumption . Our vision is to empower every customer to intelligently manage their energy consumption while conserving the environment and resources. By offering smart charging and energy management, Rabot Energy actively contributes to driving the energy transition . We have already convinced over 100,000 customers with our concept.

The energy market is undergoing its biggest transformation in 50 years. We're no longer just managing electricity; we're making it intelligent. RABOT is experiencing triple-digit growth. We have the product, we have the market fit; now we need you to get the engine running at full speed. We're not looking for administrators, we're looking for architects of our growth.

Your mission

We aim to multiply our paid and organic contracts by 2026. However, more new customers will only move us forward if they stay, use our services more, and recommend us to others. That's precisely what CRM is – and that's precisely where we currently lack the foundation.

You're building it. Not "just another email channel," but the entire lifecycle machine: toolset, channel strategy (email, push, in-app), segmentation, trigger logic, automation, referrals. From architecture to the first send. You're responsible for CRM as an independent growth channel—with its own goals, its own reporting, and its own voice within the marketing team. You work closely with Growth, Product & Tech, Data, and Brand, but you lead the channel.

Your results

We won't throw you in at the deep end, but we expect you to learn to swim. After 12 months, your success will look like this:


Month 3 (Ramp-up)

  • The CRM strategy is in place, and the toolset is decided upon and set up.
  • The onboarding journey is live.
  • A first CHP (customer referral) program has been designed and is being tested.
  • The data structure – segments, events, triggers – is documented and usable team-wide.

Month 6 (Performance)

  • Automated lifecycle journeys are running: onboarding, win-back, upsell.
  • The CHP rate has measurably increased.
  • Churn triggers are active and engage early enough to hold.
  • CRM is strategically anchored in the marketing team and capable of reporting – with clear KPIs, not gut feeling.

Month 12 (Scale)

  • The CHP rate has multiplied.
  • Churn is significantly reduced.
  • CRM contributes independently to acquiring new customers, not just to retention.
  • NPS promoters are systematically transformed into active brand ambassadors.

  • 0→1 Builder: You have built a CRM architecture from scratch at least once – not just packed campaigns into an existing setup.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar. You implement the solutions yourself; you don't just brief agencies.
  • Multi-channel thinking: You orchestrate email, push notifications, and in-app messages as a cohesive experience – not as three parallel channels. You know when each channel is effective and when one needs to be silent.
  • Lifecycle logic: Segmentation, triggers, A/B testing and deliverability are your craft.
  • Analytical & data-driven: You read SQL or BI tools yourself – retention metrics like churn and LTV are not buzzwords for you, but key performance indicators.
  • Referral: You have previously designed or managed a CHP or referral program.
  • Structured & independent: You don't wait for complete briefings. You bring structure, communicate proactively about dependencies, and manage the roadmap and day-to-day operations simultaneously.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Energy, Utility or FinTech B2C; CDP integration (Segment, mParticle); AI-powered personalization; team or agency leadership.

  • Impact: You're building the CRM channel that will play a key role in whether we achieve our 2026 growth targets. Every journey you activate is directly visible in retention, churn, and conversion rates.
  • Ownership: Full channel responsibility from day 1. You decide on the toolset, channel mix and journey architecture – and build your own team or agencies behind it.
  • Culture: Transparent feedback. We celebrate mistakes as long as we learn from them.
