Your mission
We aim to multiply our paid and organic contracts by 2026. However, more new customers will only move us forward if they stay, use our services more, and recommend us to others. That's precisely what CRM is – and that's precisely where we currently lack the foundation.
You're building it. Not "just another email channel," but the entire lifecycle machine: toolset, channel strategy (email, push, in-app), segmentation, trigger logic, automation, referrals. From architecture to the first send. You're responsible for CRM as an independent growth channel—with its own goals, its own reporting, and its own voice within the marketing team. You work closely with Growth, Product & Tech, Data, and Brand, but you lead the channel.
