ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a highly driven
Regional Sales Manager - Symantec / Carbon Black (m/f/d) to grow our cybersecurity business in Germany.
This is a pure
hunting role focused on new customer acquisition, pipeline creation and net-new revenue. The role is not centered on renewals or account maintenance. The main objective is to identify, develop and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Regional Sales Manager - Symantec / Carbon Black (m/f/d)
What will you be doing at Arrow?- Own and develop the assigned sales territory in Germany with a clear focus on new business.
- Drive growth for the Broadcom / Symantec / Carbon Black portfolio through proactive hunting activities.
- Build and execute a territory plan focused on pipeline generation, lead qualification and new logo acquisition.
- Identify target accounts, approach decision-makers and develop new customer opportunities.
- Generate demand through direct outreach, partner engagement, campaigns, events and customer meetings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Work closely with partners, marketing, pre-sales and internal stakeholders to accelerate deal progression.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, forecast accuracy and pipeline transparency.
KPI FocusSuccess in this role will be measured by:
- Net-new pipeline creation
- Qualified opportunities generated
- New customer wins
- Prospecting and customer meeting activity
- Opportunity conversion and pipeline progression
- Quarterly and annual revenue contribution
What are we looking for? - Proven experience in field sales, hunting and new business development within IT, cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Strong track record in building pipeline and winning new customers.
- Experience working with end customers and channel partners.
- Results-driven, proactive and hands-on mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Structured, KPI-oriented and commercially focused working style.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and ideally Symantec, Carbon Black or Broadcom software is a plus.
- Fluent German and professional English skills.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
