*Our Expectations:*

 

* Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an industrial or medical technology environment
* In-depth knowledge of project management methods and tools
* Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with interdisciplinary and international teams
* Very good English skills

 

*Your Responsibilities:*

 

* Overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects
* Defining goals, milestones, resources, and budgets in consultation with management and specialist departments
* Leading interdisciplinary project teams without disciplinary responsibility
* Management of technical and organizational communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on site and worldwide
* Coordination with purchasing/ sourcing for inquiries about new/modified components (costs, feasibility, delivery times)
* Moderating project meetings, reviews, and decision-making rounds; ensuring transparent communication and clear decisions
* Integrating regulatory, normative, and customer-specific requirements into the project process in close coordination with development and quality assurance
* Early detection and assessment of project risks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
* Close cooperation with sales and product management in the evaluation of customer requirements, variants, and NREs
* Ensuring smooth project completion, including lessons learned and handover to series production or service
