We are looking for a Senior Account Manager Power Electronics (m/f/d) with an outstanding customer network to join our team at our Munich location.
Independent development and execution of sales strategies in the power electronics sector
Building, maintaining, and expanding an exclusive customer network comprising hospitals, healthcare providers, research institutes, and distribution partners
Identification of market opportunities, development of sales plans, forecasting, and full budget responsibility
Advising key accounts at C-level (CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Procurement) on product portfolios, value propositions, and ROI
Negotiation of complex contracts, pricing models, and framework agreements
Close collaboration with Product Management, Regulatory, Finance, and After-Sales teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Conducting market and competitive analyses and deriving recommendations for products and services
Representing the company at trade fairs, conferences, and customer events
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, proven sales expertise in medical technology
At least 8–10 years of proven sales experience in medical technology, ideally in a B2B environment with direct customer interaction at decision-maker level
Excellent, extensive networking capabilities within power electronics segments
Demonstrated success in acquiring new key accounts, as well as in up- and cross-selling and closing complex contracts
Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and a results-driven approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel (nationally and, if required, internationally)
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
