Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IM Product & Project Manager (f/m), located in Donauwörth,
Within the mission of digital transformation, Airbus Helicopters is actually driving industrial operations into new ages.
For that journey, IM Domain Industry will strengthen the teams to cope with the strongly increasing digital demands from our internal customers / businesses.
Enabling new digital means, while developing and managing new business requirements aligned with enterprise architecture and cyber security standards will be one exciting journey within the mission.
Even equally key, and also part of the mission, will be the execution (the "RUN" part) of all deployed industrial applications, including the set-up of a sustaining and robust infrastructure for soft & hardware solutions, to guarantee 24/7 performance.
The position will encompass the development of existing and new solutions, based on new technologies for diverse IIoT-applications (hard- and software) and other industrial applications.
The team you will support has the end-to-end responsibility for the entire life-cycle of industrial / operational tools and means: such as, specification, architecture, solution & system design, coding, testing, environmental qualification, bug fixing and support.

Your challenges:
You will be in charge of the following main activities:

• Maintain and support critical, vital business solutions for AH Industry
  
• Lead developments on international projects as part of AGILE/SCRUM in the context of IIoT, OT developing, pioneering the future
  
• Improve maturity, security and robustness of industrial architectures, hosting our divers soft- and hardware tools & devices within AH Industry
  
• Requirements management and arbitration (Customers-, Cyber-, Enterprise Architecture-, Strategic-, etc.)
  
• Ensure close collaboration across all roles & functions in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
  
• Anticipation of risks and opportunities
  
• Simplify wherever possible
  

This role may require several business trips per year
Desired skills and qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in information technologies or similar with minimum 5 years of experience in IT/OT development
  
• Several years of professional experience in the design, development and integration of IT/OT solutions
  
• IT development skills (ideally: IIoT, PTC THINGWORX, Amazon Web Services, Actility, OPC, etc.)
  
• Developments skills in Java, Java Script, SQL, ANGULAR, C#, Python, HTML
  
• Knowledge in middlewares like MQTT, Solace event steaming and API technologies
  
• Experience in digital capabilities, new means and tools like IIoT, Track and Trace, LoRaWAN, AR/MR, AI, etc.
  
• Knowledge in architectural IT standards
  
• Industrial processes knowledge
  
• Skills in MES Apriso will be a plus
  
• AGILE/SCRUM qualified will be a plus
