- Own the strategic development of the Packaging portfolio and define long-term category growth priorities.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs and portfolio white spots based on data, insights and trends.
- Drive portfolio health across growth, margin, innovation, private label share and lifecycle performance.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, campaigns and portfolio initiatives together with Marketing, Sales and Pricing.
- Co-develop sourcing strategies with Commodity Management and build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers.
- Lead cross-functional portfolio projects, including innovation, sustainability and category transformation initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Category Management, Product Management or Portfolio Management.
- Proven track record in driving category growth, portfolio transformation and go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong B2B background in FMCG, ideally in Transport Packaging
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business acumen and clear ownership mentality.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions and markets.
- Business fluent German and English; willingness to travel.
- A strategic role with direct impact on one of TAKKT's important growth categories.
