Manage incidents at the customer site and in production and coordinate the related analyses
Perform root cause analyses and investigate failure mechanisms together with the team
Present analysis results to project stakeholders and customers
Process and document incidents using the 8D methodology as the 8D owner
Present and communicate the measures of improvement to the customer and represent them convincingly
Support the optimization of the incident management process
Provide lateral leadership to electronics and software developers
You are highly motivated to discover new things and to contribute to the success of electronic systems
A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or another scientific field with comparable professional experience
Proven experience in the design and testing of embedded electronic components
Experience in embedded software development
Experience in data analysis and structured root cause analysis
Strong analytical skills and a solid system-level understanding of embedded systems
Strong team skills, high self-motivation, as well as pronounced initiative and ability to work independently
Good German and English language skills
