Your Mission

You lead our development team and steer the technical strategy for complex MVP and POC projects starting March 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• You lead and develop our development team with empathy and foresight.
• You steer the entire technical strategy for complex software projects.
• You manage the architecture and maintenance of our modern tech stack.
• You coordinate communication between internal departments in Würzburg.
• You drive the agile transformation and optimize internal workflows.
• You ensure software quality and scalability through code reviews.
• You manage technical requirements for international customer projects.

What You Bring to the Team

• You have five to seven years of experience in leadership and backend development.
• You are an expert in PHP, Docker, GIT, and Elasticsearch.
• You possess deep knowledge of Typoscript and agile project management.
• You speak German at a native level (C2) and are confident in English.
• You reside in the Würzburg area or are willing to work on-site there.
• You have a proven track record in steering complex software architectures.
