(Senior) Consultant - Planning of Food Factories & Large-Scale Catering Facilities (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Consultant in the field of Food Factories and Large-Scale Catering Facilities (m/f/d), who will take responsibility for our international projects, from analysis and requirements definition through to realization, and act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner for our clients.

• Lead and manage projects or work packages for the development of innovative factory concepts and layouts for (inflight) catering facilities, industrial kitchens, convenience food production, and food factories
• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize production and kitchen processes, deriving tailored solutions for our clients
• Provide strategic consulting to clients in GCC region on investment decisions, efficiency improvements, and sustainability concepts
• Work in interdisciplinary project teams while maintaining close collaboration with clients and suppliers
• Ensure great results and consistency across all project phases and present results to decision-makers at executive level

• University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• First experience in the design, planning, optimization, or implementation of food production or large-scale industrial kitchens
• In-depth understanding of processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in food production and catering
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions
• Business-fluent in English, additionally German is a plus
• High willingness to travel internationally
