As part of the global transformation, you will shape our globally harmonised business processes. You will support all business transformation projects with their process requirements and how that fits into our process architecture.
Design and maintain the global scalable process architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
Support transformation projects by translating business requirements into process designs that serve local needs as well as global goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement of processes. Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, HR, Engineering, or a related field such as Economics, or Industrial Management.
Prior experience in a semiconductor and manufacturing environment is essential.
Excellent communication, facilitation and collaboration skills in a global environment
Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken. German or Japanese is a plus
Business or process analyst certification such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, APQC, SCOR
