IT Business Analyst - Conformity & Attestation (d/f/m) (m/w/d)

Job Description:
In order to support our “Configuration Management Product Service Line” department, Airbus Commercial in Hamburg is looking for an IT Business Analyst - Conformity & Attestation (d/f/m) .
Aircraft Configuration Management (CM) is a key Airbus business domain that covers the complete aircraft lifecycle (from contract, and then specification, design, manufacturing, up to in-service maintenance). The CM process involves most Airbus Functions and geographical sites, including the supply chain, which makes operation of the CM process a very challenging, complex and strategic domain. CM is by definition a key and critical component of the PLM system and more globally of Airbus Information System.
We are fully accountable for all CM activities (project - using SAFe methodology - and run-mode): offer management, change process, configuration steering, data distribution, Conformity and Attestation, including traceability.
You will be dedicated to Conformity & Attestation scope, which is a key domain having a direct impact on aircraft deliveries.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Act as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future IT Products & Services under your scope,
  
• Work with other Business Analysts, in the C&A Architecture team and under the lead of the System architect, to define models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions,
  
• Loop with development teams to deliver the highest quality solutions via cutting edge technologies,
  
• Be involved in all phases of the application development life cycle including research and design, development, testing, deployment and support,
  
• Align architecture strategy with the organisation's business goals and long-term strategic planning for the organisation's Information systems.
  

Main applications under C&A scope: CAIR / AIR, E2E Traceability, E2E CA Reallocation, mySI (SAP based applications (PAC, PEA, PDA, PGI, PHL)).
Other applications used for daily job: MyPortfolio, MyDataCompliance, Servicenow, Agility, PLM Info Center, DP Dashboard, APS, etc
Desired skills and qualifications

• You hold a university degree in IT or a similar field and have several years of work experience.
  
• You have good knowledge of SAP, in particular following tools: CAIR, AIR, E2E Traceability, E2E CA Reallocation
  
• Ideally, you bring experience/ knowledge in one or several of the following areas:
  
• Configuration Management, Conformity, Attestation, Traceability, Special Instruction, CA Reallocation
  
• SAFe methodology
  
• Airbus specific tools: APS, PDM, ARP, CAIR
  
• You are able to work autonomously and you can easily adapt to different circumstances. Work pressure won’t harm you.
  
• You have a collaborative mindset and bring strong communication skills.
  
• You are able to develop and implement effective relationships with major stakeholders while putting the customer first.
  
• You are fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
  

Business Travels
This position involves a willingness to travel at least every 10 weeks, predominantly to Toulouse.
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
