- MIG welding and tacking of assemblies and car bodies (including out-of-position welding)
- Processing of sheet metal thicknesses from 8 to 12 mm
- Reading and implementing welding and repair instructions, drawings, and work plans
- Visual inspection and completion of WSP protocols
- Performance of typical locksmith and metalworking tasks
- Documentation in the AOS system
- Preparation and quality inspection of welded parts
- Use of various measuring instruments
- Compliance with order, cleanliness, and safety regulations
- Participation in the optimization of manufacturing processes
- Documentation of workflows and results
- Excellent knowledge and several years of experience in MIG welding (aluminum)
- Valid welder certification according to DB standards (Deutsche Bahn) required
- Proficiency in working with technical drawings and jigs/fixtures
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift model
- Technical understanding and reliability
- Independent, diligent, and quality-conscious way of working
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Payment according to DGB/GVP collective bargaining agreements for temporary work
