The Head of Global Rewards Product & Governance is responsible for leading the strategic review, redesign, and governance of globally integrated Total Rewards products at Fresenius. This role oversees a team of Global Product Owners (GPOs) across key product areas, including:
Long-Term Incentives (LTI) Merit, Fair Pay & Global Compensation Review Performance Management & Short-Term Incentives (STI) Global Job Architecture & Pay Bands Grading & Benchmarking
In a time of transformation, this role plays a critical part in rethinking and rebuilding Total Rewards products to ensure they are future-ready, aligned with Fresenius Group’s strategic objectives, and embedded in a globally harmonized framework. The role emphasizes practical implementation, stakeholder alignment, and technology enablement — particularly through the global Workday ecosystem — to drive consistency, transparency, and employee-centric outcomes.
