Your tasks:
- You will oversee material flow to address AOG situations efficiently and effectively.
- Expect to manage and analyze supplier requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries in critical scenarios.
- Ensure communication and coordination with suppliers for demand updates, order placements, and delivery follow-ups.
- Participate in defining and negotiating logistics processes to improve efficiency.
- Engage in regular performance monitoring of supply chain activities and communicate progress with internal stakeholders.
- You will participate in on-call services, ensuring urgent supply chain needs are managed promptly.
To succeed in the role of AOG Material Supply Specialist (d/f/m), applicants should bring strong qualifications in supply chain logistics, material procurement, and customer service, combined with a proactive and structured approach to their work. Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical field, or a related discipline such as Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Two years of professional experience in material procurement, logistics, or customer service.
- Deep understanding and application experience with SAP.
- Proficiency in English at a negotiation level and fluency in French or Spanish.
- A self-organized, results-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Preparedness to adapt to flexible work schedules, including participation in on-call rotations.
