As an Safety Coordinator (m/w/d), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and quality standards of the A320 Family production in Hamburg. Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments such as Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Conformance, you will oversee cases raised within the Final Assembly Line (FAL) Hamburg Safety Management System (SMS) perimeter. Your role will involve analyzing aviation safety-related speak-ups, implementing effective short- and long-term solutions, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Furthermore, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and manage the backlog of SMS cases to drive operational excellence. This dynamic position demands strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- You will analyze and solve aviation safety cases, identifying immediate containment actions and implementing permanent corrective measures.
- You will lead and participate in multifunctional teams, acting as a communication interface between various stakeholders.
- You will document and assess employee safety-related speak-ups, ensuring actionable solutions are effectively communicated.
- You will perform data analysis to monitor and report SMS activities, thereby aiding decision-making processes.

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- You bring first experiences in engineering and data analysis.
- You have 2 years of project management experience and 3 years in quality management.
- You are skilled in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Management and Total Quality Management.
- You possess strong IT knowledge, including SAP and have a basic understanding of KAIZEN and risk management.
- You have fluent language proficiency in both German and English.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex production environment.
