As a Digitalization & Automation Engineer (m/w/d) at Airbus, you will play a pivotal role in automating processes and driving digitalization initiatives within the engineering domain. Your tasks:
- Automate Structure Repair Manual workflows through Python scripting and ETL pipeline development.
- Create glue code for smooth integration between engineering databases and reporting tools.
- Digitize legacy manual spreadsheet-based calculations and develop automated web applications/scripts.
- Standardize templates for stress dossiers to ensure consistent documentation.
- Maintain and optimize digital libraries for historical and current engineering data.
- Troubleshoot automated tools and scripts, providing first-line technical support.
- Map current processes to identify bottlenecks prone to human error and inefficiencies.
- Train team members on new digital tools to augment their workflow.
- Act as a liaison between the stress team and IT/software-related departments.

Your qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of Java and Google Workspace tools.
