The Vertical Sales Professional – Data Center (Distribution Transformers) is responsible for driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships within the data center vertical, with a specific focus on distribution transformer solutions. This role combines deep industry knowledge of data center infrastructure with technical expertise to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to strategic accounts.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Development and execution of a go-to-market strategy for distribution transformer solutions in the data center vertical
• Identification and development of new business opportunities with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise data center customers
• Monitoring and analysis of industry trends, including energy efficiency, grid integration, and sustainability, to align solutions with customer needs
• Management and expansion of key account relationships, including strategic account planning to drive long-term growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
• Coordination and collaboration with offer management, project management, and after-sales teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Technical and commercial support of sales activities, including solution positioning, RFP responses, customer presentations, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of defined sales targets and KPIs

What You Bring

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, or a comparable field
• Relevant professional experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably within power distribution and/or data center environments
• Strong understanding of distribution transformers, power systems, and data center infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience in managing strategic accounts and delivering customer‑oriented technical solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), combined with a customer‑focused mindset and strong problem‑solving capabilities
